Custom Order Deposit (please read description first)

PLEASE READ: If you would like to make a custom order please email us at karv.australia@gmail.com detailing the following BEFORE making the deposit.

1. What material you would like your custom order made from ie. Pearl Shell, Paua Shell, Jade Stone, Bone or something else (we will try our best to create what you’re thinking of!)
2. A detailed description of the design, estimated size and if you would like any other shell incorporated within the design.
3. What necklace/bracelet/earring style you would like. 
4. If this is a gift please let us know what date you are hoping to have it by, as depending on the design custom orders can take up to 6 weeks, and potentially longer for very intricate designs.

Once we have received this information from you we will aim to get back to you within 48 hrs with a quote. If you accept the quote then proceed with the purchase of the deposit. Once your product is complete you will be able to complete the remaining payment and your product will either be posted or be available for local pickup depending on which option you choose.
