Customising Your Necklace

Our Dhari pendant necklaces are customisable. Just choose which necklace you’d like (if any). Once your purchase is finalised we will put your necklace together and post it to you.


Ally Friendly

I love seeing my culture represented by all people. All pieces, clothing and art are a way for me to share the beauty of indigenous culture. All pieces are ally friendly and should always be worn with respect and support for First Nations people. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

- As our jewellery is handmade to order, all sales are final. 

- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase if is there is a major fault with your product on our end not due to mistreated or improperly stored jewellery. We do not offer refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, rather we will repair or replace the item.  

- Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance prior to placing your order.

Feedback

We value all feedback. If you are having any issues with your jewellery please reach out, as each piece is made with the intention for it to last. Since this is a relatively new business we are still sourcing the best quality jewellery, so please contact us if you are having issues with tarnishing as we will replace any tarnished gold plated jewellery free of charge. Please note this excludes any beads or shells, only the gold plated parts of your necklace. 

Repairs

Please contact us at karv.australia@gmail.com if your jewellery needs repair. This will incur a cost. Please note cracked stones/shells may not be able to be repaired, but we will always try to repair them the best we can. If you’d like a different necklace attached to your current Dhari reach out and we can do this for you for the cost of the necklace + shipping. 

 

Product Care 

- Avoid chlorine pools and cleaning chemicals coming into contact with your jewellery.

- Clean with a soft cloth dipped in warm water to remove surface dirt.

- Store on a soft surface to avoid scratches to your shell.

- Store away from direct sunlight, certain shells such as abalone will fade if over exposed to sunlight.

- Restore natural gloss with a light coating of coconut oil.


Shipping

- There is an expected 1-2 week turn around on all  orders that are in stock. This excludes Pre-orders.

Pre-orders: All pre-order products will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to be shipped as these will be made-to-order.

- Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation email.

- We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package if you are concerned. 

- All Jewellery is shipped from Brisbane, Queensland.

- Shipping times can vary and is out of our control once your jewellery is with Australia Post.

Regular Postage is 3-8 Business Days

Express Postage is 1-4 Business Days

New Zealand Regular Postage is 8-12 Business Days

New Zealand Express Postage is 4-8 Business Days
